The Ming tombes

On the way back from the Great Wall we visited the Ming tombs. A so-so place... We were pretty tired after the climbing but we went down and looked at these red coffins and boxes. This is where the emperor and his two empresses are buried with stuff from their lives. People were throwing money, probably to bribe the spirits.
