Autumn winds
Today it's sunny and windy. A beautiful autumn day! The leaves are blowing in the streets (as well as all the dust from all the construction sites).My friend Sue-Li has a theory that the Beijing government is manipulating the weather. She thinks it's always better during the weekends. I think I start to believe her...

Actually there can be some truth behind it! I've read and heard about that the chinese goverment where experimenting with some technology that could alter the weather. The story says it's for guaranting nice weather during the olympic games.
Seems a bit scary to me!
