Tokyo vacation! (Day one)
In China it's National Holiday from 1 November and one week. Konow and I thought of going to Tibet but everybody non-Chinese people who had traveled in China said "don't do it! It will be packed of people". So Konow and Kim went to Seoul and I went to Tokyo. I met up with my friends Santi and Yoko. Both lived and studied in Sweden. (Santi two years and Yoko seven - she is almost Swedish, hehe)
First day! I stayed at Santi's place (parents) the first nights. Early as the bird we went up to visit Tsukiji Market! The fish market of Tokyo, the largest wholesale market in Japan. A great place with lots of strange sea animals.
Afterwards we had VERY fresh sushi! Yummy!

Santi showed me almost the whole city! No, but she showed me a lot of places that is interesting to see, especially some nice shops and cafés in Harajuku and Omotesando. She also taught me how to use the subway, very useful... Harajuku - mostly low buildings and cosy backstreets.

Kabukicho is one of the great entertainment places with lots of arcades, slots and pachinko (coin games).
To show what the restaurants are serving they sometimes have these really detailed and look-a-like mock up-foods.
