Fungus dinner and tea session

We had a great dinner with a colleagues from the Sthlm office. He is vegetarian so it's important to go to rewstaurant that can resve some interesting vegetarian food. This was Yunnan province food. The mushrooms on the photo cost around 400-500 RMB! It was pricy but it was delicious!
Afterwards we went to a tea house and had a pot of tea. Before the tea we got this water with some kind of flower in it. It tasted sour, dry and sweet at the same time. The host showed us how to prepare the tea traditionally. Lots of rules and rituals.
Enjoying the tea... Each cup should be drunk in three sips - no more, no less. Three is the number of sips.
